PH Connections gives you a dedicated central team of event specialists who can assist with all of your conference and event enquiries for one or all of our hotels – saving you time and money.
We offer all clients a guaranteed response time, so you know exactly how long it will take for us to give you the information you require – essential when you are close to deadline or need quick turnaround decisions. One telephone call will give you access to highly competitive rates for all 18 of our properties, including both hotels and conference venues.
At PH Connections we commit to handle your enquiry in the most professional manner including:
- Telephone Answering Standards - answered within 3 rings
- Enquiry Response Times - 1 hour for single venue and 2 hours for multi-venue enquiries. All enquiries, will be followed up by an e-mail confirmation
- Booking Confirmations - contracts sent out within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation
- Post Event Follow-up Calls - Follow up calls to the client post event to consistently monitor client satisfaction
