Château Saint Just has been designed to give conference, meeting and training organisers total flexibility. Not only can you indulge your delegates in an atmosphere that is breathtaking, peaceful and conducive to productivity, but you can also use the meeting space however you want or need.
Flexibility to meet your needs
The largest meeting room is Sequoias and is located, with 14 other meeting rooms, within the purpose-built conference centre adjacent to the Château. Sequoias can accommodate up to 280 delegates, theatre-style and up to 300 for a cocktail reception. With 300m2 of exhibition space in this room alone, you can adapt this space to whatever you need.
A further 14 meeting rooms are located into the original Château and give your delegates the opportunity to experience old world charm with all the amenities of the 21st century. The maximum capacity in the Château is 45 delegates, theatre-style, with the rooms tailored to delivering training, holding meetings, seminars or smaller events.
Refresh and refuel
Outside the meeting room, there is a wide range of dining options that can be tailored to meet your requirements. Healthy buffet lunches, energy-surging fruit bars and snacks and delicious 3-course meals. With unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks from the coffee station, you decide when it’s time to give the mind a rest and refuel.
A dedicated conference planner
Whatever size or type of conference, meeting or event that you organise at Château Saint Just, we’ll approach it with the same professionalism and commitment. On enquiry, you’ll be given a conference planner who is your sole point of contact throughout the run up to your event.
Your conference planner knows how to help you to meet your objectives. From communicating a key message, engaging the audience, creating the right setting for a brainstorming session or delivering a training programme, we will pre-empt your questions and come up with the answers before you’ve even thought of them.
Team building
At the end of a productive day, bring your delegates together for some fun and combine team building with your event. There is over 42 acres of beautiful grounds for you to enjoy and we can put you in touch with our partners to help plan your activities or provide any props required. A great way to end the day before retiring for dinner.
