Terms & Conditions

• All ‘ Original Murder Weekends' are subject to availability. 
• Prices shown are per person for the weekend. 
• All Original Murder Weekends include a welcome reception, two-nights dinner, bed and breakfast sharing a standard twin or double room with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, private en-suite bathroom and lunch on Saturday. 
• Dinner consists of three courses from the menu of the day. 
• Superior and feature rooms are available at a supplement. 
• The Original Murder Weekends programme includes competitions, games and ensures that all participants benefit fully from the programme. 
• If the appropriate numbers are not achieved, Principal Hayley Hotels and Venues reserve the right to cancel the break by giving at least two weeks advance notice, (usually longer, and where possible offering an alternative date or location). Should these alternatives not be suitable, all monies paid will be refunded. 
• Original Murder Weekends are not suitable for children under 16.

Deposit and pre-payments

• Deposits and pre-payments are required when making bookings for Original Murder Weekends. 
• When booking a murder weekend, a deposit of 20% of the holiday price is required. Deposits are not refundable. 
• Payment by credit/debit card or cheque ‘made payable to Principal Hayley Hotels and Venues' should be sent to the hotel directly and the address will be advised at the time of making the booking. 
• For bookings made through any third parties or travel agents, the agent will take the deposits and final balance of payments according to the travel agent's normal practice.  
• All bookings must be pre-paid in full four weeks prior to your weekend.  Any cancellations after this time, full payment will be retained as a cancellation charge.
