The Club
The health and fitness centre at Sedgebrook Hall is exceptional and available to all adult guests of the hotel at no additional charge (please note the leisure centre is for use by over 18's only). It is clean and modern; purpose-built to provide all that you would expect from a leading health and fitness club. The facilities include:
- A heated indoor swimming pool (13 x 5 metres)
- Whirlpool
- Sauna
- Air-conditioned gym
There is also a Games Bar with a Snooker/Pool Table as well as a lounge area with satellite TV.
Outdoors we have an all-weather tennis court and a jogging trail.
