We (HJ Heinz) held our European Technical Services conference at Cranage Hall between 16th and 19th June. Rachel Ranger was our contact with Cranage. During our initial meeting Rachel told us the “wow” factor was the staff at Cranage and she was not wrong. The facilities were excellent and the staff were exceptional. From our initial meeting with Cranage to choose the venue to the conclusion of the 3 day event there was no let up in quality of service. We had a complex meeting agenda with over 100 delegates moving around Cranage from the main plenary room to different breakout rooms each day and all the room layout changes required to meet our needs. We held events each evening and on Wednesday we even had 14 exhibitors come into the suite of Stephenson rooms to set up stands with displays, equipment and machinery. Cranage were fantastic. Rooms were changed on plan with no hitch. Catering was superb and everything ran smoothly. To cap it all, the staff had smiles on their faces throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending Cranage Hall and if they are a reflection of the other conference venues in the Principal-Hayley group, we will have no hesitation in using another of their facilities.
