Bedrooms
The room shown in the image above is our Contemporary Deluxe category, beautifully refurbished in a modern style and located on the top floor of the hotel. Within each of the Standard and Ambassador categories, Hotel Russell offers two styles: Traditional and Contemporary. All 373 rooms of Hotel Russell are non-smoking and provide the following as a minimum standard:
- Air-conditioning
- Iron board with iron or Trouser Press
- Hairdryer
- Tea and coffee making facilities with welcome tray
- Complimentary toiletries
- 24 Hour Room Service
- Message service on television
- Internet connection
- Wake up and bill view facilities on TV
- Movie channels - on demand TV (chargeable)
Standard Rooms
Standard Rooms are located throughout the hotel and offer two styles of decor: Traditional and Contemporary. If you have a preference between these styles please enter your request in the comments field of the reservation form and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Ambassador Rooms
Ambassador Rooms are larger than Standard and are also available in two styles of decor: Traditional and Contemporary. In addition, most of these rooms overlook Russell Square. If you have a preferrence between the styles of decor available, please enter your request in the comments field of the reservation form and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
Contemporary Deluxe
Contemporary Deluxe Rooms are the most luxurious in the hotel and are designed to the highest specification. Etched glass panels, light-wood flooring and furniture, state-of-the-art liquid crystal display (LCD) televisions, and contemporary bathrooms with multi-jet stream showers, all combine to offer the most comfortable and exclusive guest rooms the hotel has to offer.
Contemporary Suites
We have 10 Contemporary and 6 Traditional Suites at Hotel Russell. Contemporary Suites are similar in style to the Contemporary Deluxe category shown with additional space. Four of our Traditional Suites offer Four Poster beds, one has a King Bed and a further Suite is available as a Twin.
