delegate package includes overnight accommodation and a full
English, Welsh or Scottish breakfast.

This package contains:
- Hire of the main meeting room set up to your specification
- Tempus Restaurant* or flexible eating Lunch: Day Deli or
working lunch
- Selection of hot and cold dishes in Tempus – fast service,
special diets catered for
- Select to have a deli box lunch in the grounds or a day deli
lunch in the training room
- Unlimited tea, coffee, and refreshments from our well stocked
coffee stations – ensuring freshly brewed tea and coffee at a time
to suit your training schedule including Fresh Seasonal Fruit;
Healthy snacks; Tray Bake Cakes; “Sweet Shop” sweets; and
traditional fizzy drinks.
- Conference Crew for assistance throughout the day to include a
‘Meet & Greet’ briefing at the start of the day to agree
objectives and catering requirements
- Access to Hospitality Zones– private meeting area to discuss
the training schedule with our team, Business Zones – providing
business services 8am-5pm, Learning Zones – learning resources at
your finger tips and Open Zones – outside space* for alternative
learning style inspiring creativity – your syndicate room with no
walls!
- Giant Bean Bags, outdoor games etc
- Training room equipment: Flipchart and LCD projector and screen
or flat screen TV for up to 25 delegates. (For over 25 delegates we
will discuss your specific requirements to ensure we meet your
precise needs)
- In addition the training room will contain: stationery
supplies, constant supply of still and sparkling mineral water,
trainers stationery box
- Complimentary Wi-Fi available for the trainer
- 30 minutes complimentary Wi-Fi for all other delegates
- Dedicated and increased band width is available on request
(with advanced notice). Once we know your precise requirements we
can discuss with you how best to meet your needs.
- De-brief meeting with our crew to ensure we have fully met your
needs during the training
- Accurate and clear billing
- Accommodation is a standard bedroom (upgraded room for the
trainer – subject to availability), Wi-Fi available in bedrooms*,
Learning space in all rooms
- 3 course dinner in Tempus Restaurant, longer
stay conferences may wish to discuss themed evenings to add
variety, BBQ’s and private dinners can be catered for
- Full use of leisure facilities* Open from 7am
to 10pm during the week (weekend opening times vary)
