To be eligible for the scheme you must register at http://www.ph-festival.co.uk/

Exsisting registrants will automatically be carried over to the new scheme

• Claims can not be made for bookings made prior to registration

• Winners of the monthly star prize draws will be notified by email and will be chosen at random from enquiries made in that month, judges decision is final

• Vouchers are paid 3 monthly for all events that have taken place in the 3 months prior

• Vouchers are awarded for the prize bracket they fall into. This is calculated by total revenue that has been accrued that period. Booking totals cannot be divided into smaller amounts it is the full total only that will qualify

• Booking totals can be carried over to future periods if required. All claims must be made no later than 31^st December 2012

• Claim dates will be 1st March 2012; 1^st June 2012; 1^st September 2012 and 31^st December 2012 only

• Claims for events prior to 31^st December 2011 have to be claimed by 31^st December 2011 and cannot be accrued in future periods

• Bookers must register online in order to claim for events, any events that take place within the qualifying period but prior to registration will not be back dated and will not be included

• Qualifying dates are from 4^th January 2012 to 31^st December 2012 for events taking place before 30th June 2013 at any Principal Hayley Hotel & Conference Venue of your choice

• Valid on new bookings only, enquiries placed prior to 4^th January 2012 do not qualify for the 2012 incentive and must be claimed by 31^st December 2011

• Prizes will be awarded on conference, training, function or meeting bookings

• This offer is for direct corporate bookings and for bookings via 3rd parties, however only one claim can be made per individual booking

• Prizes and vouchers will be issued after the event has taken place according to actual revenue generated

• Any changes made to the value of the booking after the contract is signed will be checked and revised once the event has taken place

• No prizes will be issued to cancelled bookings or events that change dates outside of the above specified date period above

• This promotion is not in conjunction with any other offer from the Principal Hayley Group

• No cash alternative will be available

• Clients with commercial partnerships in place with Principal Hayley are not eligible for PH Festival
