Claim your Reward
In order to claim high street shopping
or Ticketmaster vouchers, you must register
online. Reward levels are reached on business that is booked
between 4th January 2012 - 31st December 2012, and applies to all
events taking place before 30th June 2013.
PH Festival members will receive a 3
monthly claim e-mail reminding you to claim your voucher rewards.
The claim dates are 30th June 2012, 30th September 2012 and
31st December 2012.
Don’t worry if you are unable to claim
in that quarter, vouchers can be carried over to subsequent claim
periods. You will then receive your vouchers within one month of
confirming receipt of the e-mail. All rewards must be claimed by
31st December 2012. Please note that you can only claim your reward
after an event has taken place. No cash equivalent is
available.
Qualifying Events
If the value exceeds £3,000, the option to redeem
Ticketmaster or High Street shopping vouchers will be offered.
You must redeem the full booking, claiming the relevant voucher
value as specified below. Please note that you can only claim your
reward after an event has taken place. There is no cash
equivalent.
Reward Scheme
· £3k-£4999: £30

· £5k-£9999: £60
voucher
· £10k-£19999:
£120 voucher
· £20k-£49999:
£250 voucher
· £50k-£99999:
£500 voucher
· £100k+:
£1000 voucher
All rewards must be claimed by 31st December 2012
