Exciting redevelopments
The St David's Hotel & Spa is pleased to announce the newly refurbished St David's Marine Spa. From 1st August, guests can enjoy the newly extended gym, vibrant juice bar and upgraded changing rooms with new showers.
All treatment rooms have been upgraded with luxury brown and cream décor, complemented by the introduction of a couples’ treatment room. Luxury massage chairs complete the soothing ambience in the freshly decorated relaxation lounge. Guests can either relax in the brand new sauna or work out to a range of dance classes in the new dance studio.
Situated on the waterfront of Cardiff Bay, St. David's Hotel and Spa creates a striking landmark. Adjacent to the hotel is Mermaid Quay, which offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and entertainment, providing a vibrant extension to the attractions within the city centre.

The treatments use a wide range of marine, aromatherapy and natural products, carefully chosen to improve your sense of well-being. After a lifestyle consultation, trained specialists can tailor-make personalised programmes to help you regain the equilibrium missing in today's hectic lifestyle. Guests can walk through the hydrotherapy corridor, with its massage fountains and gentle currents, or relax on the underwater jet beds in the hydrotherapy pool.
An extensive menu offers specialist treatments including Oxygen facials using Nora Bode OXYjet Star, the world's most effective oxygen system, Thalgo and E'SPA which include: marine envelopments, mud and algae wraps and aromatherapy massage. In the water treatment rooms you can book an exhilarating jet blitz water massage or a hydrotherapy bath with underwater massage.
Children are able to use the 15-metre ozone swimming pool between 11.30am and 1.30pm and from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. Children under 16 years cannot use the marine hydrotherapy pools or gymnasium. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The St David's Marine Spa is open every day between 7am and 10pm, with treatments available from 9am until 9pm daily.
