The Park Suite is an impressive banqueting venue and has its own entrance foyer and bar for you to enjoy. This magnificent room can accomodate up to 700 guests for your fantastic must-attend event. 

The St. Johns Hotel Charity Package is £25.00* per person inclusive of:

Dinner on round tables for up to 500 people
No room hire, saving up to £8,000
Tailor made menus – 3 Course Set Menu plus coffee
5% of the total food bill donated to the charity of your choice
Centre table mirrors and tea-lights
Complimentary overnight accommodation for the organiser inclusive of full English breakfast

All dates subject to availability. Provisional space will be held for a two week time period. A deposit will be required and is non refundable and non transferable. Full prepayment will be required 4 weeks prior to your event. 100% of guests attending the event must be catered for. Any cancellations in contracted numbers will be charged for
