At our Marine Spa we provide a peaceful sanctuary and
environment to help relieve everyday stresses and strains with
breath taking views overlooking the Cardiff Bay. We offer a variety
of luxurious treatments and homecare, tailor made to suit your
needs. The facilities of our spa include an indoor swimming pool,
sauna, water corridor leading to our swan neck fountains, hydro
therapy spa pools, plus a fully equipped gymnasium for the more
energetic guest
Family Swim Times
We do cater for our member and guest families
at certain times throughout the day. All children up to the age of
16 yrs must be accompanied at all times on the poolside area by a
parent or guardian. Children are unable to use the sauna and
hydrotherapy pools. Please note there is an entry charge. Family
swim times are from 11.30am - 1.30pm and 5.00pm - 6.00pm daily.
