The new "Tempus at Tides" Restaurant & Bar has been
conceived as a freshly modern environment, with its high quality
ambience underpinned by the use of American Walnut floorboards and
wide, open spaces. Our menus will reflect seasonality using local
produce whenever and wherever possible with particular attention to
the quality of ingredients with fresh, crisp, intense and punchy
flavours served in a welcoming and energetic environment, by
unobtrusive knowledgeable dining room staff.
With Friday and Saturday chill out nights to create that
relaxing weekend vibe, alfresco dining on the sun flooded terrace
