"May I firstly congratulate you on the excellent customer
service we recieved from all of your staff, they were all helpful
and efficent. All your staff were most helpful to me, dealing with
any problems that arose on a day to day basis.
The operations team ensured that everything outlined in the
function sheet was delivered on time and were continually on hand
throughout the weekend to deal with any issues, the C&B Manager
Inrad was always on hand to assist and Ollie was a delight to work
with, not forgetting Jill.
The team of porters that assisted with the rooms, Matt, Ryan, Tom.
A Special Thanks to Carl who had a challenge on Sunday morning with
the PA system but managed to sort out he was a star.
I was also delighted with the warm and courteous manner in which
the hotel reception staff treated our delegates. Requests from

November Conference
"The dust has already settled on our Conference held at
Ettington Chase from 10th -14th January 2011 but the
memories live on! On behalf of our Management team and all the
delegates who attended, I just wanted to drop you a few lines
and express our thanks for everyone's help in delivering such a
successful event.
Special mention must go to Abbie for her preparation on a short
lead time, Oliver for his high level of attention to detail and
willingness to go the extra mile, Sarah and Felicity for their
reception charm and all the restaurant team and bar boys. That
isn't to say anyone not mentioned by name didn't also do your venue
proud. We had a number of often challenging requirements and they
were all delivered to our expectations and this was compounded by
the Italian themed gala dinner.
It really was a delight to spend the week at Ettington and if
this is a reflection of the standards offered by properties in the
Principal Hayley chain, we will have no hesitation in recommending
you to our colleagues.
